基于BP神经网络的TA15钛合金加工图
Processing map of TA15 titanium alloy based on BP neural network
【摘要】 通过热压缩试验得到了TA15钛合金在不同条件下的流动应力。以温度、应变、应变速率为输入变量,以流动应力为输出变量,建立了BP神经网络。进而利用训练好的BP神经网络建立了TA15钛合金的加工图。利用Prasad判据划分出流动稳定区与流动失稳区,并通过组织观察进行验证,从而可以为实际加工工艺的制定提供参考。
【Abstract】 The values of flow stress of TA15 titanium alloy at different conditions were obtained throngh thermal compressive tests.The temperature,strain and strain rate were defined as input variable and the flow stress was defined as output variable.Thus a BP neural network was set up.Based on the neural network,the processing map of TA15 titanium alloy was obtained.The stable and instable regimes were evaluated using the criterion postulated by Prasad and vertified by metallographical observation.The processing map can offer a reference to prictical processing technology.
