高温变形与热处理对TC11钛合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电子万能试验机研究了等轴组织的TC11钛合金1000℃压缩变形及随后热处理对材料的微观组织和室温力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:锻造态的局部区域被拉长的等轴α相经过高温压缩水淬后等轴组织有恢复的趋势,再分别经过950℃×1h水冷+560℃×6h后空冷(淬火+人工时效)和950℃×1h空冷+560℃×6h后空冷(双重退火)处理的材料,等轴组织恢复的趋势更明显,且等轴α相数量增多;β相内析出片状α相变多变大;双重退火处理后β相内析出的α片层更厚,更长,数量更多。经过淬火+人工时效处理的材料抗拉强度与屈服强度分别达到1300MPa和1152MPa,与水淬的材料相比分别提高14.8%和16.8%;经过双重退火处理的材料强度达到1176MPa,伸长率达到15.95%,具有良好的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 Effect of heat treatment after compression at 1000℃ on microstructure and tensile properties of TC11 titanium alloy was investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy and tensile tests.Microstructure observation of the compressed and water-quenched samples indicates that the elongated equiaxed grains tend to recover to equiaxed shape,and the tendency of the elongated grains to recover to equiaxed shape is more obviously and the volume fraction of equiaxed alpha phase increases after water quenching plus aging and duplex annealing,and meanwhile acicular alpha phases are precipitated from beta phases(β).The ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens treated by water quenching plus aging increase to 1300MPa and to 1152MPa,respectively.That is to say,σb and σ0.2 increase by 14.8% and 16.8% compared with that the water-quenched alloy,respectively.The deformed and water-quenched TC11 titanium alloy after duplex annealing exhibits excellent mechanical properties with tencile strength of 1176MPa and elongation of 15.95%.
