电热爆炸超高速喷涂MoSi2基涂层的实验研究
Experimental study on electrothermal explosion ultra-high speed sprayed MoSi2-based coatings
【摘要】 利用电热爆炸超高速喷涂技术,在低碳钢基体上原位合成了MoSi2及其合金化涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪、显微硬度计等分析了涂层的微观组织、相组成、元素分布及显微硬度。结果显示,三种涂层均由MoSi2或Mo(Si,Al)2主相组成,其显微组织主要为树枝晶,涂层均匀致密,组织细小。涂层的硬度在1200~1440HV之间。加入Cr和Al元素可使硬度降低,合金化主要改变了涂层的相组成和组织组成。涂层与基体之间有原子扩散,为冶金结合。
【Abstract】 MoSi2-based coatings were in-situ synthesized on low carbon steel substrate by electrothermal explosion ultra-high speed spraying methods.The microstructure,phase structure,elements distribution and hardness of the coatings were investigated by SEM,XRD,EDS and hardness test.The results indicate that three kind of coatings are composed of MoSi2 or Mo(Si,Al)2 primary phase.The compact and fine microstructure of the coatings with dendrite structure is obtained. The microhardness of the coatings is 1200~1440 HV.The hardness of Mo-Si-Al and Mo-Si-Cr coatings is lower than that of Mo-Si coating appreciably.The microstructure and phase structure of the coatings are changed by alloying.Elements diffusion between coating and substrate occurs at interface,and the bonding of coating-substrate is metallurgical one.
