【摘要】 目的探讨骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测68例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织BMP-2和VEGF的表达情况,应用WesternBlot方法检测30例乳腺癌、5例癌旁正常组织中BMP-2和VEGF的表达情况。结果BMP-2蛋白阳性信号位于乳腺癌细胞浆内,VEGF蛋白主要分布于乳腺癌与正常乳腺上皮细胞的胞浆内。有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织BMP-2和VEGF的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者(<0.01);且BMP-2和VEGF表达与临床分期有关,与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无明显相关性。Western Blot结果显示BMP-2和VEGF在有淋巴结转移患者中表达高于无淋巴结转移者(<0.01)。结论BMP-2和VEGF在乳腺癌高表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移和临床分期有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expressions of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) with the pathological factors of breast cancers. Methods The expressions of BMP-2 and VEGF were examined in 68 infitrating ductal carcinomas of human breast using immunohisto- chemistry. The protein levels of BMP-2 and VEGF were examined in 30 breast cancer and 5 corresponding normal breast tissues using Western blot. Results The expression levels of BMP-2 and VEGF were much higher in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis than in breast cancer without lymph node metastasis( < 0.01). The expression levels of BMP-2 and VEGF were significantly correlated with the clinical stage of breast cancers, but not correlated with age or tumor size. Conclusion Overexpresstion of BMP-2 and VEGF in breast cancers were correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of breast cancers.更多还原
