分离OFA燃烧对亚临界锅炉NOx排放的影响
Effect of Separate OFA Combustion on NOx Emission of Subcritical Boilers
【摘要】 利用分离OFA技术,对元宝山电厂3号亚临界锅炉施行了燃烧改造,改造后的实际运行表明,NOx排放可由改造前约650 mg/Nm3降低到350 mg/Nm3左右,并能解缓炉内结焦状况,对相应的技术改造有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 By means of separate OFA combustion technology,a combustion modification scheme has been carried out for one subcritical boiler of Yuanbaoshan power plant.The operating experiences show that NOx emission decreased from 650 mg/Nm3 to about 350 mg/Nm3 and furnace coking state has been improved.The above engineering practical experiences may be useful to related technological research and development.
