【摘要】 目的:探讨脑立体定向技术对颅内病变进行活检手术过程中应注意的技术要点,总结降低手术并发症的方法。方法:用电子计算机横断层扫描(CT)或核磁共振(MRI)技术引导的脑立体定向手术对16例患者实施立体定向活检术以获得病理诊断。结果:病理结果显示15例获得病理诊断,1例未能确诊,总阳性检出率为93.75%,无严重手术并发症和死亡病例。结论:CT或MRI技术引导下的脑立体定向活检技术阳性检出率高,操作安全可靠,并发症少,可为相关颅内疾病的进一步治疗提供客观的病理依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the technical points of stereotactic intracerbral biopsy,aggregate the experience to reduce surgical complications.Methods: CT or MRI-guided stereotactic biopsies were performed on 16 cases of intracranial lesions to obtain the pathological diagnosis.Results: Fifteen of 16 cases were pathologically diagnosed.One case was nondiagnosed.The total positive diagnostic rate was 93.75%.No surgical complication and death occurred.Conclusion:Stereotactic biopsy under CT or MRI-guided of intracerebral multiple lesion is a safe and reliable method,which can be used to efficiently diagnose intracerebral cases.更多还原
