EDTA修饰碳糊电极测定铜离子
EDTA modified carbon paste electrode for determination of copper ion
【摘要】 制备了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)化学修饰碳糊电极,采用电位分析方法,在pH=3.3的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中对Cu2+进行测定.Cu2+浓度对数在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol.L-1内与电位值呈良好线形关系,检出限4.3×10-7mol.L-1.通过与原子吸收测定结果对照和电极选择性系数、电极响应时间等参数对本方法进行评价,应用于实际样品的测量,获得了满意的结果.
【Abstract】 An ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) modified carbon paste electrode was prepared and used in the determination of Cu2+ in the Britton-Robinson(B-R)solution(pH=3.3).The potential is proportional to the logarithm of concentration of Cu2+ in the range 1.0×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol·L-1.The detection limit was 4.3×10-7 mol·L-1.This method has been applied to the determination of actual sample and the result is satisfied comparing with atomic absorption spectroscopy.
