【Abstract】 Organizational identity of farmers’ co-operative means extracting the core,that is,the unique and lasting characteristics,which is important to the theoretical study as well as to practice.From the normative and utilitarian angles,the paper views that farmers must adhere to the following four core principles.First,the identity of the owners must be identical with that of the users;secondly,all surplus must be distributed in accordance with the principle of the transaction volume or capital;thirdly,the management must be guided by voluntary,independence and democratic governance;and fourthly,capital and labor must be equal.更多还原
