【摘要】 污泥是城市污水处理的副产品,城市污水污泥产量巨大且成分复杂,如何避免二次污染和合理利用污泥中的有效成分,已成为世界热点难题之一。本文综述了国内的污泥处理现状,分析了存在的问题,并以惠州为例。对惠州市城市污水处理厂的污泥处置状况进行了调查,以梅湖污水处理厂的出厂污泥作为研究对象,根据污泥的特征,讨论了污水处理厂出厂污泥采用农用、卫生填埋、焚烧等方式进行处置的可行性。结合惠州的城市特点、发展水平和总体规划,提出以农用为主,其他方面为辅的资源化利用方式是适合惠州市城市污水污泥的最佳处置方法,并建议应从技术层面和管理层面两方面进行解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sewage sludge is the by-product of wastewater treatment plants. The productivity of city sludge is very huge and its components are complicated. In order to minimize its harm and make it effective usage,the treatment and disposal of the sludge have become a world-wide hot point. This paper reviews the disposal and treatment to the sludge and their shortages. Investigation has been made on the sludge disposal of municipal sewage treatment plant in Huizhou city. The sludge of Meihu Sewage Treatment Plant in the research has been chosen. Based on the characteristics of the sludge, the feasibility of three treatments, utilization in farmland, landfill, and burning down in the sewage treatment was evaluated. Unifying the specialty of Huizhou developing level and the total programming, it predicts that regarding the using of sludge in farmland and forestry as principle, other aspects as the assisting ways has the best perspective in Huizhou. Also, the problem should be solved from the aspect of technology and management.更多还原
