异构CAD协同系统中数据交换的研究

【摘要】 产品的数据交换是异构CAD实现协同设计的关键技术.为此,本文提出了一种以宏语义命令(MSC)结合细胞元表示的语义特征造型技术为基础的方法,来实现异构CAD间数据的共享.在该方法中每个CAD系统中与MCGs相对应的建模操作通过由XML格式表示的MSC交换来传递包括设计意图的参数信息,同时模型间特征的约束关系用特征依赖图(FDG)来存储.该文提到的思想应用在了理工大学自主开发的HUSTCAIDS与UG间的异构协同设计中,证明了以上理论的可行性.

【Abstract】 Data exchange of products is a key technology to implement collaborative design in heterogeneous CAD.Therefore,this paper presents a new method based on MSC and combined with the technique of Semantic feature modeling on cellular to share data between heterogeneous CADs.The MCGs corresponding to the modeling operations of each CAD systems are exchanged by MSC in the form of XML to real-time transfer parametric information including design intent.And the constrain relations among models are stored with FDG.Authors’ preliminary applications in the Heterogeneous Collaborative Design between HUST-CAIDS and UG are also introduced to prove the feasibility of the theories above.
