【摘要】 目的:评价2×4技术配合上颌斜面导板矫治器矫治前牙内倾性深覆牙合的疗效。方法:15例替牙期和恒牙早期前牙内倾性深覆患者采用2×4矫治技术配合上颌斜面导板进行矫治。治疗前后拍摄头颅定位片,并进行头颅测量和统计学分析。结果:15例患者均取得良好的疗效。SNB、UI-NA、LI-NB、LI-MP数据治疗前后具有显著性差异。结论:2×4技术配合上颌斜面导板能有效改善上颌切牙轴倾度以及上下颌骨的矢状向关系,恢复满意的软组织侧貌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of removable inclined bite plate combined with 2×4 appliance on early treatment of lingual tipping deep overbite.Method Fifteen lingual tipping deep overbite cases were treated with removable inclined bite plate combined with 2×4 appliance.The data of all cases were treated with cephalometric analyisis before and after orthodontic treatment.Results The anterior axias of central incisors,ANB angle,height of anterior and posterior alveolar showed significant different between before and after treatment.Conclusion All findings indicate that removable inclined bite plate combined with 2×4 appliance has good effects on lingual tipping deep overbite cases.更多还原
