【摘要】 目的:探讨1.5TMR在肝、胆、胰磁共振成像中的临床应用价值。方法:行MR多序列平扫及部分多期动态增强检查497例,采用双盲阅片,分析图象质量,病变特点,部分病例经手术和活检证实。结果:图像质量:满意454例,尚可40例,不满意3例。结论:只要做好患者检查前准备工作,合理利用序列,适当增加扫描序列,和对一些病变常规采用多期动态增强检查,就会为病变发现和诊断提供更多诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of 1.5T MRI in the examination for liver,pancreas and gallbladder.Method T1WI,T2WI,2DFiesta,Chemical shift imaging(CSI),MRCP,DWI (SEEPI,b values=500,600,1 000s/mm2) imaging of the liver,pancreas and gallbladder were performed on 497 patients(341 male and 156 female),and multiphase dynamic enhanced were performed on part patients.All of cases were diagnosed by double-blind,and the image quality and the focus characteristics were analyzed.Part of cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology and biopsy.Results The image quality:satisfaction in 454 cases,acceptable in 40 cases,disaffect in 3 cases.Conclusion So long as training fully before examination,with reasonable utilization and selection of sequence and multiphase dynamic enhanced MRI to part patients,it can provide more diagnostic information for detection and diagnosis of disease.更多还原
