【摘要】 目的:观察FEP-BYO2型高能聚焦超声治疗机治疗晚期胰腺癌的安全性及近期疗效。方法:应用FEP-BYO2肿瘤热疗机对靶组织进行超高温(70~100℃)热疗,并将胰腺癌分组进行HIFu疗效统计。结果:完全缓解疼痛率(CR)20%,部分缓解疼痛率(PR)70%,有效率(CR-PR)90%,无效(PD)10%,明显缓解癌性疼痛有效率达80%。所有病例治疗时均未出现胰液漏、腹腔内出血、胃肠道穿孔、皮肤烧伤等并发症。结论:应激理论在高能聚焦超声治疗技术中,对缓解晚期胰腺癌的疼痛治疗是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the security and approaching effect of FEP-BYO2 high energy focusing ultrasonic therapy equipment in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Method Ultra-high temperature themotherapy was used on target tissue by FEP-BYO2 tumor thermotherapy machine,and HIFu effects of pancreatic carcinoma grouping were added up.Results Complete pain remission rate(CR) was 20%,partial pain remission rate(PR) was 70%,the effective power(CR+PR) was 90%,invalid(PD) was 10%,and the effective power of relieving cancer pain obviously was 80%.No cases appeared complications like liquorrhea of pancreatic fluid,intraabdominal hemorrhage,gastrointestinal perforation and skin empyrosis.Conclusion Stress theory is safe and effective in relieving pain of advanced pancreatic carcinoma in high energy focusing ultrasonic treatment technique.更多还原
