【摘要】 目的:评价超声引导下的颈部病灶经皮穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法:在超声引导下对21例颈部病灶经皮穿刺活检。结果:21例颈部病灶活检取材总成功率95.23%(20/21),19例病理结果与最终临床诊断一致,诊断符合率95.00%(19/20)。结论:超声引导下经皮穿刺活检颈部病变是安全、准确、微创的介入诊断技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical usefulness of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy for neck lesions.Method Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy was performed on 21 patients with neck lesions.Results The 95.23%(20/21) successful samples were obtained in a total of 21 patients.The pathological results were identical to the clinical diagnosis in 19 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of the neck lesion is a safe,reliable and minimally-invasive diagnostic technique.更多还原
