【摘要】 目的:观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法及临床效果。方法:对68例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果:68例患者中转开腹2例,其余均顺利切除胆囊。本组无死亡病例及严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、出血少、对腹腔器官干扰小、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects and surgical techniques of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Method The clinical data of 68 cases underwent LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 68 cases,two cases of conversion and the rest were smooth removal of the gallbladder.There was no deaths and serious complications.Conclusion LC with the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,little disruption of the abdominal organs,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery and so on,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
