【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预对急性上消化道出血患者的焦虑影响。方法:对60例急性上消化道出血患者进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评,根据患者的焦虑情况实施护理干预。具体侧重心理疏导,增强自信心,克服危机感,此外再对饮食及行为方面加以干预。结果:60例患者在实施护理干预前后SAS评分差异有统计学意义。SAS干预前评分为(57.77±3.31)分,干预后评分为(44.90±3.20)分,t=73.34,P<0.05。结论:实施综合护理干预能明显缓解消化道出血患者的焦虑情绪,预防再出血,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the anxiety of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.MethodSixty patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were investigated with SAS.Systematic nursing intervention was given to the patients according to the level of their anxiety,which was to improve their confidence and reduce the level of anxiety especially in psychology.In addition,nursing intervention was still given in diet and behavior.ResultsThe mean score of anxiety in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was(57.77±3.31) at the beginning time,and it was(44.90±3.20) after systematic nursing intervention.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).ConclusionCarrying out systematic comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage may obviously reduce their anxiety and improve the quality of their life.更多还原
