【摘要】 目的:观察斯皮仁诺短程冲击治疗老年人甲真菌病的临床疗效。方法:70例患者口服斯皮仁诺胶囊200 mg,2次/d,与餐同服-连用1周,停药3周为1个疗程。指甲真菌病患者用药2个疗程,趾甲真菌病及指趾甲真菌病患者用药3个疗程。结果:40例指甲真菌病患者痊愈率87.5%,显效率7.5%,总有效率95.0%;54例趾甲真菌病患者痊愈率77.8%,显效率11.1%,总有效率88.9%。结论:斯皮仁诺短程冲击治疗老年人甲真菌病疗程短、疗效高、副作用小、安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of treating onychomycosis with sporanox by shortphase pulse therapy in the elderly.Method Total 70 patients with onychomycosis were treated with orally itraconazole capsule(200mg,twice every day) for 1 week and stopped taking for 3 weeks as a course.For fingernail onychomycosis,2 courses were needed,and for toenail onychomycosis,3 courses.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in 40 patients with fingernail onychomycosis and 88.9% in 54 patients with toernail onychomycosis.Conclusion Sporanox is a short-phase,high-efficient,small side-effect and high safety therapy for onychomycosis in the elderly.更多还原
