【摘要】 目的:研究门诊静脉输液中的常见问题,总结护理对策。方法:调查我院门诊静脉输液120例患者中出现的常见问题,并计算其发生率。结果:常见问题包括静脉穿刺失败、疼痛、休克、发热、皮疹、恶心呕吐、静脉炎、出血、液体外渗等,其中恶心呕吐、疼痛、穿刺失败、皮疹、出血、发热发生率高,分别为10%、8.33%、5.83%、5.83%、6.67%、4.17%;结论:通过了解门诊静脉输液中的常见问题,给予相应的护理干预,保证静脉输液中的顺利进行,有利于提高治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the familiar problem and nursing care of venous transfusion patients in out-patient clinic.Method Total 120 out-patients visited our hospital between January 2007 and August 2008 were enrolled in this study.The familiar problem of venous transfusion patients in out-patient clinic was analyze,and it′s incidence was computed.Results The familiar problems were venipuncture failure,pain,shock,fever,exanthema,nausea and vomiting,phlebitis,hemorrhage and liquid exosmosis.The incidences of nausea and vomiting,pain,venipuncture failure,exanthema,hemorrhage and fever were 10%,8.33%,5.83%,5.83%,6.67% and 4.17%,respectively.Conclusion Understanding the familiar problem of venous transfusion patients in out-patient clinic,which can be advantageous to exaltation treatment effect,and improve live quality of patients.更多还原
