【摘要】 目的:观察雷米普利对心肌肥厚大鼠的影响。方法:结扎W istar雄性大鼠腹主动脉建立压力超负荷性心肌肥厚大鼠模型,用雷米普利(5mg/kg)对心肌肥厚大鼠进行研究,给药8周后用放免法测定血液中AngⅡ和ET含量,同时设立W istar雄性大鼠假手术组和心肌肥厚不给药组。结果表明:雷米普利可降低心肌肥厚组大鼠血液中AngII和ET的含量。结论:雷米普利能够抑制大鼠心肌肥厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of ramipril on pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy of rats.MethodThe model of pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy was established through ligating abdominal aorta in rats.After 8 weeks of treatment by ramipril with dose of 5 mg/kg,the contents of Angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and endothelium(ET) in plasma were determined.ResultsRamipril could significantly decrease the contents of AngⅡ and ET in plasma.ConclusionRamipril has effect on inhibiting pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy in rats.更多还原
