【摘要】 目的:寻找姜黄素与胡椒碱最佳配比进行组方,为开发出高效、低毒的新型降脂药物提供实验依据。方法:利用均匀设计的方法进行分组,检测小鼠眼球血清三酰甘油(TG)和胆固醇(TC)的含量,寻找姜黄素与胡椒碱的最佳配比。结果:在姜黄素为13mg/kg和胡椒碱为5.81mg/kg时,该配伍有最大降TC效应,TC含量为9.51mmol/g。结论:姜黄素与胡椒碱配伍有显著降TC含量的作用,有希望成为新型、安全、有效的降脂药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo find the best ratio of curcumin with piperine,and provide experimental basis for developing a highly efficient,low toxicity new type of lipid-lowering drugs.MethodWe used the method of uniform design to divide groups,and selected the tail vein injection of Triton WR-1339 to copy small hyperlipidemic rat model,then separated eyeball blood serum and measured triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(TC) content.Ultimately,we used quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis,according to the correlation coefficient variable size,to look for curcumin with the best ratio of piperine.ResultsThe combined of curcumin for 13mg/kg and piperine for 5.81mg/kg,depressed the maximum effect of TC content to 9.51mmol/g.ConclusionThe combination of curcumin and piperine significantly reduces TC content,is very likely to turn into a new,safe and effective lipid-lowering drugs.更多还原
