【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预措施对颈椎手术患者焦虑、恐惧心理的影响。方法:将50例颈椎手术患者随机分两组(各25人),对照组采取常规模式护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康信念模式教育等综合护理干预措施。结果:观察组焦虑、恐怖计分明显减少,(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎手术患者实施综合护理干预措施后,焦虑、恐惧心理明显改善,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of the nursing intervention on the cervical operation patients who have the psychology of anxiety and fear.Method Total 50 cervical operation patients were divided into two groups at random(each group with 25 cases).In the control group,the patients accepted the normal nursing,while in the observation group,the patients accepted the comprehensive nurse interposition with the education of Health Conviction Modeling,Results The scores of the cervical operation patients were significant different after the nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention to the cervical operation patients improvs the psychology of anxiety and fear,and it has certain clinical application value.更多还原
