【摘要】 目的:回顾分析椎弓根螺钉与椎间融合器联合固定治疗腰椎退变性疾病的疗效。探讨其在治疗腰椎退变性疾病中的作用。方法:对52例腰椎退行性疾病的患者进行手术治疗,同时行椎弓根螺钉与椎间融合器联合固定。结果:经2~8年随访,所有患者均获得骨性愈合;无神经系统并发症;临床满意率达86.7%。结论:椎弓根螺钉与椎间融合器联合固定治疗腰椎退变性疾病能在保证脊柱稳定性的同时,解除患者的临床症状,效果肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysize the effect of the treatment of degenerative disease of lumber with pedicle screws and interbody implant,and discuss the work in the treatment of degenerative disease of lumber.Method Total 52 cases of degenerative disease of lumber were treated with surgery fixation of pedicle screws and interbody implant.Results All patients healed with bone connect with 2~8 years follow-up without complication of nervous system,clinical satisfactory rate was 86.7%.Conclusion The treatment of degenerative disease of lumber with pedicle screws and interbody implant can sustain the stability of lumber and ease the clinical symptom.更多还原
