【摘要】 目的:探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症的原因、预防及处理方法。方法:回顾性分析142例脑室-腹腔分流术后出现的并发症及其诊治过程。结果:142例患者术后并发症发生率为26.1%(37/142)。其中分流管阻塞18例,感染12例,颅内血肿5例,癫痫2例。结论:脑室-腹腔分流术并发症的发生,除与患者身体状况和疾病性质有关外,还与医源性因素有关,因此规范、细致的手术操作,能有效地减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To analyse the cause,prevention and treatment of complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Method The complications and treatment of 142 patients who had accepted ventriculoperitoneal shunt were retrospectively analysed.Results The incidence rate of complication after surgery in 142 patients was 26.1%(37/142),including 18 cases of duct blocked,12 cases of infection,5 cases of intracranial hematoma and 2 cases of epilepsy.Conclusion The complications of ventriculoperitoneal shunt is not only related with the conditions of the patients and the character of disease,but also with the iatrogenic agents.So standard and careful operations can effectively reduce the complications.更多还原
