【摘要】 目的:探讨一种胎儿ABO血型的无创性产前诊断方法。方法:从28例健康孕妇血浆中提取胎儿DNA,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法检测胎儿ABO血型,通过出生后全血血清学检测证实。结果:28例样本中,产前检查能正确显示胎儿血型的有22例,总准确率为78.6%。结论:利用孕妇血浆中胎儿DNA诊断胎儿ABO血型,是一种简便可行的无创性方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for non-invasive prenatal diagnosis of fetal ABO type.Methods DNA was extracted from 28 maternal plasma sample and the fetal ABO blood types were assayed by means of PCR and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results Among the 28 specimens,22 cases(78.6%) were confirmed accurate through serological measure of fetal blood after birth.Conclusion Using fetal DNA in maternal plasma can be a simple,noninvasive method for prenatal diagnosis of fetal ABO blood type.更多还原
