【摘要】 随着现代竞技武术套路向"高、难、美、新"的方向发展和现代武术套路规则的实施,使武术套路比赛更加具有竞技性、可比性、观赏性,在太极拳套路自选比赛中也加了A、B、C三级难度的指定动作,指定高难度动作已成为整个套路的核心。旋风脚720°接叉、摆莲540°接雀地龙、旋子720°接叉技术动作是目前武术套路比赛中运动员选择较多的难度动作,也是在训练和比赛中最不易完成的动作,动作完成的成败与否直接影响成绩的好坏。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等,对这三种难度动作进行研究,探索武术指定动作的科学领域,提高我省运动员在今后全国锦标赛中的成绩,促进武术运动项目的发展。更多还原
