除铁除锰优势菌种的研究
The research of the dominant bacteria to remove iron and manganese
【摘要】 结合近年生物法应用于原水除铁除锰的试验和实践发展,运用实验室模拟研究的方法,研究微生物对铁、锰的去除效果,从而寻找出去除水中铁锰的优势菌种。试验结果表明由缠绕纤发杆菌分离培养基培养的细菌对锰的去除效果较好,锰去除率达到了55%,是除锰的优势菌种;由嘉氏铁柄杆菌分离培养基培养的对铁的去除效果较好,铁去除率达到了95%,是除铁的优势菌种。
【Abstract】 In recent years,combined with the test and practice development applying biological method to remove iron and manganese in raw water,exercising test laboratory simulating study on the action of microbiology to remove iron and manganese,in order to find out the their advantages,thereby to find the dominance bacterium.The test results show that the fiber made from wound culture media for isolation of Bacillus better for manganese removal,get the rate of 55%,and is the dominant bacteria;Gallinule iron by isolated bacteria medium stalk is better to remove iron,get the rate of 95%,is the advantage bacteria.
