【摘要】 分别以东北刺人参叶芽和带有叶柄的幼叶为外植体,研究6-BA浓度对东北刺人参体细胞胚状体诱导的影响,并利用扫描电镜对体细胞胚胎发生的形态学进行了观察。结果表明:以带有叶柄的东北刺人参幼叶为外植体,在MS培养基上附加4.0 mg/L 6-BA和0.5 mg/L NAA,可获得健状的胚状体,并且胚状体经过球形胚、心形胚、鱼雷形胚和子叶形胚的胚胎发育时期,最终形成可发育成完整小植株的成熟胚。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leaves with leafstalk and buds of Oplopanax elatus Nakai were taken as explants and cultured in vitro.Large and healthy embryoids were obtained on MS medium supplement with 4.0 mg/L,0.5 mg/L NAA from buds.The development of somatic embryos of Oplopanax elatus Nakai was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the embryoids were developed from global,heart-shaped,torpedo-shaped and cotyledon embryo,then matured and formed planet.更多还原
