柠檬酸-凝胶燃烧法制备Nd:GGG多晶纳米粉

【摘要】 以Ga2O3和Gd2O3为原料,并用一定量的Nd取代Gd,采用柠檬酸作为燃烧剂,凝胶燃烧法合成了Nd:GGG前驱体.对前驱体进行适当处理,采用凝胶燃烧法在1000℃时制备出Nd:GGG超细粉体.通过对粉体样品进行TG-DTA,XRD,TEM和XPS分析,表明所合成的GGG超细粉为立方晶系石榴石结构,粉体样品分散性好、颗粒度小、粒径均匀,粒径在70nm~90nm之间.

【Abstract】 Nd:GGG precursor was synthesized via gel combustion method from a mixed solution of Ga2O3 and Gd2O3.Nd:GGG laser ceramic powders were obtained at 1 000 ℃ via high-temperature pyrolysis method if precursor was handled properly.The evolution of phase composition and micro-structure of the powders were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD,TEM and XPS.The results indicated that GGG ultrafi ne powders were cubic crystal garnet struc-ture.The resulting powders were well dispersed and had smaller particle diameter,relatively narrower size distribution with particle size of approximately 70 nm~90 nm.
