异波折板反应器处理低浓度废水启动研究
Study on Starting of Opposite Folded Plate Reactor Treatment of Low Strength Wastewater
【摘要】 针对处理低浓度废水的特点,采用具有相同处理对象的厌氧颗粒污泥接种启动,在启动期内,反应器的运行温度控制在28℃~32℃.为尽快提高反应器内污泥浓度,保证反应器的启动成功,刚启动时,应保持较高的进水COD浓度和容积负荷,待达到COD去除率稳定之后,再采用逐步加大水力负荷的方法提高容积负荷.水力负荷从初始的1.00m3/m3d提高到2.00m3/m3d,即相应的水力停留时间从24h减少到12h.
【Abstract】 For characteristics of treatment of low strength wastewater,inoculation and starting on anaerobic granular sludge is used have the same processing object.The reactor should be controlled in a running temperature at 28℃~32℃ during starting period.Keeping hign influent COD concentration and volume load when the reactor just start and after stable removal rate of COD using the method of increasing hydraulic load gradually improve volume load can improve the sludge concentration as soon as possible and make the success of starting.The hydraulic load is increased from 1.00 m3/m3d to 2.00 m3/m3d with HRT decreased from 24 h to 12 h.
