季节性人工湿地中生物膜INT脱氢酶活性研究
INT-Dehydrogenase Activity in Seasonal Constructed Wetlands Biomembrane
【摘要】 两级逆向垂直潜流人工湿地污水处理系统基本解决了人工湿地中可能存在的短流问题,并能最小化对环境的影响.笔者针对寒冷地区季节性运行的人工湿地,研究了两级逆向垂直潜流人工湿地系统中的生物膜INT脱氢酶活性.结果表明,系统生物膜INT脱氢酶活性受温度变化影响明显.系统从4月份开始启动,到6月份,生物膜活性随运行时间增加;7月份到9月份,基本保持稳定的较高活性值;而温度较低的10月,活性值迅速减小.对一级湿地沿程生物膜活性变化的研究表明,INT脱氢酶活性受营养物水平影响,高营养对应着高活性.在本试验条件下,水力负荷对生物膜活性影响不大。
【Abstract】 Two-stage inverse vertical subsurface constructed wetland wastewater treatment systems may solve the short-cut flow problem and minimize the effect on environment.The paper investigated biofi lm INT-dehydrogenase activity(DHA) in seasonal running constructed wetlands biomembrane at extreme cold region.The results showed that the temperature had strong effect on INT-DHA,which increased with running time from the system startup of April to June,kept relatively high and stable DHA during July,August and September,and decreased sharply in October due to lower temperature.The variation of DHA along flow direction in the fi rst wetland showed that nutrients level affected INT-DHA,higher nutrients corresponded to higher DHA.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of hydraulic loading on DHA could be ignored.
