基于惯性质量模拟的汽车ABS检测方法
Testing method of vehicle ABS based on the inertia simulation
【摘要】 基于用不同附着系数的滑移层模拟不同附着系数路面的思想,提出了用输出扭矩可变的电磁滑差离合器来模拟不同附着系数路面的整车ABS台架检测方法及无级模拟汽车惯量的电模拟方法,设计了基于ABS检测台的双输入单输出的模糊控制器。仿真分析结果表明,该方法是正确和有效的。
【Abstract】 Based on the idea of the glide lamellas with different adhesive coefficients simulating corresponding roads,the method of vehicle ABS test-bed was proposed,which electromagnetic slip clutch with variable output torque was used to simulate roads of different adhesive coefficient.Directed at the inertia simulation of vehicle test-bed,the means of no level electricity simulation of was put forward.A dual-input and single-output fuzzy controller was designed based on ABS test-bed.The proposed method was proved to be feasible and effective through simulation analysis.
