二次拉伸温度对PAN原丝中微孔洞形貌变化的影响
Influence of Secondary Stretching Temperature on Configuration Change of Microvoids in Polyacylonitrile-based Precursor Fibres
【摘要】 利用一维多取向X射线小角散射(SAXS)方法研究二次拉伸温度对聚丙烯腈碳纤维(PAN)原丝中微孔洞形貌的影响.结果表明,在一定温度(2T0)加热拉伸时,PAN原丝中微孔洞的相对体积分数(V/V0)较低温时有所增加,但其取向角()最小,长径比(L/2R)最大,两者均有利于提高碳纤维的力学性能;当拉伸温度过高时,微孔洞形状的变化规律与之相反,不利于提高碳纤维的力学性能.
【Abstract】 The influence of stretching temperature on the configuration of the microvoids in PAN precursor fibres was investigated by multi-orientated one-dimensional small angle X-ray scattering.The results show that though the relative content of microvoids(V/V0) is increased in some degree at the relative temperature 2T0,the oriented angle() of microvoids would be the minimal,and the ratio of the length with the diameter of microvoids(L/2R) would be the maximal.These are benefit to increasing the mechanics performance of fibers.But when the heating temperature is too high,the changes of micropores will be on the contrary.
