电站设备检修三维仿真系统的开发与设计
Development and Design of 3D Simulation System of Power Station Equipment Main tenance based on 3D Solid Works
【摘要】 针对电站设备检修与日常管理,开发了一种基于Solid Works三维仿真技术的新型设备检修系统。系统以三维仿真动画的形式形象地再现了电站设备结构、原理和检修的具体施工过程及检修工艺,并可以对电站设备的检修状态进行监测。系统基于Windows平台,在SQL-Server和C++Builder的开发环境下,实现了电站设备日常管理和设备结构介绍、原理演示、检修步骤演示的有机集成,对设备管理和检修过程实现标准化。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a 3D simulation system of the power station equipment maintenance,based on Solid Works,to vividly simulate components of a power station,including its equipment structure,principle and concrete construction process and technology of maintenance.,This system also can monitor the maintenance state of power equipment.This system based on Windows platforms,by the development environment of SQL-Server and C++ Builder,daily management is organic integrated with power station equipment structure,principle and maintenance procedure demonstration.Equipment management and maintenance process were standardized,which is significant to improve the quality of maintenance training.
