【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预对精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响,建立有效的心理干预措施。方法采用支持性心理治疗、放松训练对30例康复期精神分裂症患者进行为期8周的心理干预,以同期30例康复期精神分裂症患者作为对照组,并使用自尊量表(SES)在干预前后进行2次评定。结果经过8周的干预,干预组SES评分明显增高(P<0.01);对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。干预组与对照组比较,干预前两组SES的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预结束后干预组SES的评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预有助于消除康复期精神分裂症患者的自卑心理,提高其自尊水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention on self-esteem of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 60 schizophrenic patients in their rehabilitation were randomly divided into the intervention group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The intervention group received psychological intervention for 8 weeks. Both groups were assessed with SES (self-esteem scale) before and after the psychological intervention. Results After the 8-week intervention,the score of SES in the intervention group increased significantly (P<0.05) and was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve self-esteem of patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
