【摘要】 目的探讨动力性心理治疗在大学生咨询实践中的运用。方法依照动力性心理治疗的理念形成对来访者的整体理解和治疗方案。结果来访者抑郁状态有明显缓解,对自身的情感觉察能力增强,对自己成长经历有一定的接纳,内省力及自主感增强。结论在大学生咨询实践中可以采用动力性心理治疗的理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of Dynamic Psychotherapy in the treatment of College Students.Methods According to the eidos of Dynamic Psychotherapy,general comprehension and treatment plan were established.Results The vistors could accept the growth experience,then the better emotional state were appeared and the sense of Self-aware were enhanced after the therapy.Conclusion It is suggested that Dynamic Psychotherapy was effective in the treatment of College Students.更多还原
