【摘要】 目的了解广东省中学教师的职业倦怠及心理健康的现状及其关系。方法采用心理健康临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)和王芳修订的中小学教师职业倦怠量表,对广东省476名中学教师进行调查。结果广东省中学教师存在一定程度的职业倦怠;心理障碍检出率较高;教师的职业倦怠与心理健康存在显著的相关关系;职业倦怠的4个维度对心理健康都具有预测作用,其中以认知枯竭最具预测力。结论要维护教师的心理健康,必须努力消除他们的职业倦怠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the state of the middle school teachers’ job burnout and mental health and their relationship in Guangdong Province.Methods The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and the Chinese Middle Schools Teacher Job Burnout Inventory which was revised by Wang Fang were adopted to survey 476 middle school teachers.Results The middle school teachers had more or less job burnout,and their picking out rate of mental derangement was high.Teachers’ job burnout was significantly correlated with mental health.Different job burnout dimensions could predict mental health,and Intellectual Burnout accounted most of the variances.Conclusion We should try to remove the teachers’ job burnout to protect their mental health.更多还原
