【摘要】 目的探讨作业计划对社区精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法将入组病例随机分为观察组与对照组各63例,观察一年。观察组制定统一方案规范干预,对照组仅在提出要求时给予一般心理咨询,以社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)和精神病人护理观察量表(NORS)评定干预效果。结果作业计划干预可明显降低(NORS)评分,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01),并明显减轻社会功能缺损程度,两组(SDSS)评分比较差异具显著性(P<0.01),且随干预时间延长,干预效果更加明显。结论作业计划可明显改善社区精神分裂症患者的精神症状,减轻社会功能缺损程度,提高康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of performance plan on rehabilitation of schizophrenes in the community.Methods Inpatients who enter the group were randomly assigned to study group(n=63) and control group(n=63) and were observed for 1 year.Study group were received norm intervention after establishing uniform project,while control group were only given general psychological consultation when putting forword request.Intervention effect were assessed with SDSS and NORS.Results The performance plan could lower the scores of NORS obviously,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).The performance plan lightened the degree of social disability obviously.The scores of SDSS showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).With the time extending,intervention had more obvious effect.Conclusion The performance plan may improve psychiatric symptom of schizophrenes in the community,lighten the degree of social disability and raise the rehabilitation efficacy.更多还原
