【摘要】 目的探讨事件相关电位P300与精神分裂症的相关性,介绍P300与神经心理测验,CT、MRI、SPECT及LORETA在临床中的应用,为精神分裂症的研究、治疗提供科学依据。方法以最近20年国外有关精神分裂症P300研究的成果为基础,采用文献研究法分析总结了近40余篇有关的研究论文的研究成果。结果精神分裂症P300波幅降低,潜伏期延长,存在的认知障碍与大脑左侧颞叶区相关,CT、MRI、SPECT及LORETA均可显现患者左侧颞叶区与正常人的不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the event-related potentials P300 and schizophrenia,introduce the P300 and neuropsychological tests,the application of CT,MRI,SPECT and LORETA in the clinic and provide a scientific basis for the schizophrenia treatment and study.Methods Takes the achievement of the disease studies at home and abroad correlated with in schizophrenia the last 20 years as basis and adopt literature study analysis to study near 40 relevant articles.Results Schizophrenia P300 amplitude is lower and the latency is extender than the healthy comparison subjects.The cognitive impairment is associated to the left temporal lobe of the brain.CT,MRI,SPECT and LORETA may appear differences between the left temporal region of patients and the healthy comparison subjects.更多还原
