业主体验与房地产企业顾客资产提升

【摘要】 房地产企业通过物业服务给业主带来的体验包括业主感官体验、情感体验、思考体验、行动体验和关联体验,美好的业主体验会带来业主的愉悦,使业主对房地产企业产生品牌热爱,由此,房地产企业的顾客资产会得到极大的提升,为了更好地通过创造美好的业主体验提升本企业的顾客资产,房地产企业需要保证房产功能性价值的实现,注重市场细分,注重业主体验的创新和业主全面体验的创造,并促进业主品牌热爱向顾客资产的转化。

【Abstract】 The experiences brought to property owner by property service of real estate enterprise include sense,feel,think,act and relate experience.Excellent property owner experience can bring the delight of the property owner,make the property owner giving brand love to real estate enterprise,and the customer equity of real estate enterprise can be enhanced greatly.In order to enhance the customer equity through creating excellent property owner experience,real estate enterprises should guarantee the realization of functional benefits of real estate,pay more attention to market segmentation,innovation of property owner experience and creation of total experience,promote the transformation from brand love of property owner to customer equity.
