【摘要】 针对当前全球性金融危机带来的巨大劳动力市场冲击,分析了传统结构性失业的基本概念、典型特征以及在我国的突出表现、一般和特殊原因,提出政府现今及未来较长一段时间实现扩大内需、促进发展、扶持民生、确保就业的目标,提出重点加强职业技术培训,着力提高劳动力整体素质,积极改善宏观经济环境,稳定社会和人民群众生活,避免金融危机向经济危机演化,尽快解决结构性失业等一整套对策、建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current global financial crisis brought about by the tremendous impact on the labor market,analysis of structural unemployment in the basic concepts of traditional,typical characteristics,as well as in our country’s outstanding performance,the general and special reasons,the government now and in the future realize the expansion of a longer period of time domestic demand,promoting development,supporting the livelihood of the people to ensure that the employment goals,focus on strengthening vocational and technical training,strive to improve the overall quality of the workforce,and actively improve the macroeconomic environment,social stability and people’s living standards,to avoid financial crisis to the economic crisis in evolution,as soon as possible out of the structural unemployment morass,such as a set of countermeasures,it is recommended.更多还原
