【摘要】 高校的反腐倡廉工作关系到党中央提出的"科教兴国"战略的实施。高校应在学校党委领导下,进一步理顺工作关系,明确各相关部门的职能分工,做到各司其职,各尽其责;建立信息通报、线索移送、案件协查机制和联席会议制度,明确受理、转办、督办、报送结果等一系列工作程序;建立健全投诉举报制度、投诉举报激励机制和保护举报人制度,发动群众积极参与反商业贿赂斗争。,同时,积极推进制度建设,充分重视机制创新,不断完善预防、惩治腐败体系,从源头上防治腐败,进而建立健全防治商业贿赂的长效机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-corruption of university influences the implementation of science and education strategy presented by party central committee.The colleges and universities should further straighten out working relationship guided by university party committee,clarify the function division of relevant branches,work independently,build the mechanism of information notification,clue transfer,and collaboratively checking case,and the system of joint conference,clarify a series of working procedures of accepting,transferring,supervising,and reporting results,establish complaint and report system,incentive mechanism of complaint and report,and protecting accuser system,mobilize the masses to actively participate in the fight on anti-business bribery.Meanwhile,the colleges and universities should actively promote system construction,stress mechanism innovation,improve preventing and punishing corruption system,and prevent corruption from the source to build long-term mechanism of preventing business bribery.更多还原
