【摘要】 在经济全球化的国际环境和东北老工业基地振兴战略下,大连已经成为中国在东北亚地区对外开放的"窗口",具有参与东北亚区域经济发展的比较优势。但也面临着港口业发展竞争激烈、吸引外商投资环境有待改善、全球性金融危机的冲击等主要障碍。大连应采取发展临港产业、加强区港联动区功能建设、加强与东北亚国家的合作等策略,把"引进来"与"走出去"结合起来,化危机为转机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the environment of economic globalization and the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base,Dalian has be-come China’s opening-up window in Northeast Asia with its comparative advantage of participating in Northeast-Asia regional economy development.However,it faces some obstacles such as fierce competition in port industry,inferior environment of attracting foreign in-vestment,and the impact of global financial crisis.Hence,Dalian should take the strategies of developing port industry,and strengthen-ing construction of jointing area between districts and port and cooperation with countries of Northeast Asia,etc.to coordinate the strate-gies of "attracting in" with "going out" and turn crisis to opportunity.更多还原
