【摘要】 基于国内相关文献和中国实际的思考,笔者重新界定了现代农业的内涵,提出应从多个视角认识中国发展现代农业的重要意义;对中国发展现代农业存在的问题不仅要进行全国层面的宏观分析,还要进行区域层面的微观分析;学习和借鉴国外现代农业的发展模式必须结合中国国情和区域实际,走有中国特色和区域特色的农业现代化道路;要创新发展理念、强化政府作用、加强微观政策措施的专项研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the consideration of domestic related literature and China’s reality,the author re-defines the connotation of modern agriculture and puts forward the significance of developing modern agriculture in China from multiple perspectives.The problems concerning developing modern agriculture in China should be analyzed not only at national and macro level but also at regional and micro level;learning from and refering to foreign modes of developing modern agriculture must be combined with the national conditions and regional reality of China and the agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics and regional characteristics must be adhered.The development concept must be innovated,the role of government must be strengthened and special studies on micro-policy measures must be reinforced.更多还原
