【摘要】 城市土地集约利用是缓解当前经济社会发展土地需求与耕地保护矛盾的根本途径,也是促进我国城市健康发展和可持续发展的必然要求。在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,对我国未来城市土地集约利用研究进行了展望,指出我国城市土地集约利用研究应重视以下几个问题:城市土地集约利用的内涵界定和具体的研究目标相结合;城市土地集约利用研究与RS、GIS技术手段相结合;城市土地集约利用研究与城市土地利用的具体问题相结合;城市土地集约利用的成果和土地利用管理相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban land intensive use is not only the primary way to alleviate the contradiction of the cultivated land protection with land demand caused by economic development,but also the main approach to promote urban healthy and sustainable development.This paper forecasts future research on urban land intensive use based on summarizing progress in domestic and foreign related researches,then indicates four aspect questions we should pay more attention.First,we should wisely define urban land intensive use according to research target and attainable data.Second,we should pay more attention to the utilization of GIS to analyze so much data relate to urban land intensive use.Third,our research work should relate closely with specific problems about urban land intensive use.And finally,our research our consciously focus on urban land planning and management.更多还原
