【Abstract】 Lack of the labourers’ dominant position,life rights being not guaranteed,and the skills training being restricted have become social problems on protecting the migrant workers’ rights and interests.The reason is many-sided,such as the government management or the migrant workers’ own problems.Solving the migrant workers’ problem needs high regard from the government,such as to improve the management system of migrant workers’ rights,to protect migrant workers’ benefits,to build the establishment of the labourers’ dominant position,to improve the migrant workers’ overall quality,and to create the atmosphere of caring for and protecting migrant workers.更多还原
