水热法制备TiO2的扫描电镜及X射线能谱表征

【摘要】 采用扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪对由十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为模板剂,以硫酸钛和尿素为原料制备的介孔二氧化钛进行表征.经过测试得出结论:采用水热法直接制备出TiO2的适宜条件为:水热合成温度为180℃;水热合成时间为2 h;此条件制备的TiO2在180℃下煅烧2~3小时左右后,得到的样品颗粒表面比较均匀,形状是规则的几何形状,孔径规整.

【Abstract】 The titanium dioxide,which was prepared using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a template and titanium sulfate and urea as raw materials,was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrometer.It is concluded that the appropriate conditions of preparation of the TiO2 are as follows:hydrothermal temperature is 180℃;hydrothermal time is 2h.After calcination for 2 or 3 hours,the particle surface of sample is relatively uniform,and the shape is of the regular geometry and pore size.
