锆和铈掺杂对钛酸锶钡结构的影响

【摘要】 铈和锶、锆和锶两组不同元素离子在钛酸钡的双位掺杂的固溶性对室温高介电扩散的材料开发具有研究价值.由冷压陶瓷技术制备了以上两组离子共同掺杂的钛酸钡陶瓷.XRD被测量,比较并评价了铈和锶、锆和锶在钛酸钡晶格双位并入与锶在钡位并入对钛酸钡晶格固溶性的影响.

【Abstract】 The solid solution behavior of double-sites incorporation of two sets of(Ce,Sr) and(Zr,Sr) in barium titanate has a great research value on the development of high-k materials and high-k diffusion efficiency at room temperature.Barium titanate ceramics co-doped with two sets of ions mentioned above were prepared by the cold-pressed ceramic technique.X-ray Diffraction spectra were measured.By comparison with the incorporation of Sr into Ba-sites,the influence of double-sites incorporation of Ce and Sr,Zr and Sr in barium titanate lattice on the solid solution was evaluated.
