【摘要】 目的:探讨输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾分析3例输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的病史特点,诊治经过,并结合文献复习,进行总结。结果:3例病例均获正确的病理诊断,输卵管系膜巨大囊肿均成功切除,治疗效果良好。结论:充分认识和掌握输卵管系膜巨大囊肿的特点是临床诊断的关键,应注意与其他盆腹腔包块鉴别。手术切除肿瘤可获良好治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical feature, the diagnosis and the treatment of Gigantic cyst in mesosalpinx.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the history characteristics, diagnostic and therapeutic course of 3 cases of patients with Gigantic cyst in mesosalpinx, combining with literature review and summarization.Results: All the 3 cases got correct pathologic diagnosis,and their gigantic cysts were removed successfully, and the therapeutic efficacy is good.Conclusions: The recognition of the characteristics of gigantic cyst in mesosalpinx is key to the clinical diagnosis. Attention should be paid to the differential diagnosis with other pelvic and abdominal mass. The Exairesis of tumor can achieve good therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
