【摘要】 目的:探讨定制型人工假体在股骨远端侵袭性骨肿瘤治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:对18例股骨远端侵袭性骨肿瘤患者行骨肿瘤广泛切除和人工假体置换术,其中骨巨细胞瘤10例,骨肉瘤6例,软骨肉瘤1例,动脉瘤样骨囊肿复发1例。结果:术后随访9～75个月,平均41个月,1例骨肉瘤患者于术后17个月死于肺转移,余17例Enneking法评分23.5±3.7,膝关节活动度为伸0°,屈75～145°。结论:采用定制型人工假体能有效地治疗股骨远端侵袭性肿瘤,达到良好的保肢效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the custom prosthesis on treatment of distal femur malignant bone tumors.Methods:Limb salvage surgery with endoprostheses was performed in 18 patients with distal femur malignant bone tumors. Among them, the malignant tumors included giant cell tumor(10 patients), osteosarcoma(6 patients), chondrosarcoma(1 patient), recurrence of aneurismal cyst(1 patient).Results:All the patients were followed up for 9～75 months, average 41 months. One patient with osteosarcoma died of pulmonary metastasis 17 months after surgery.The functions of the other 17 patients were assessed by Enneking system and the mean score was( 23.5±3.7).The extension and flexion spheres of knee activity were respectively 0° and 75～145°. Conclusions:Limb salvage surgery with endoprostheses is an effective method for the treatment of distal femur malignant bone tumors, which can improve clinical outcome.更多还原
