【摘要】 目的:探讨"一对一"全程陪伴分娩助产模式对分娩的影响。方法:选取的对象均为单胎头位初产妇,在产程中由助产士进行"一对一"全程陪伴至产程结束共204例,其中A组为镇痛组98例,B组为非镇痛组106例,并与传统交接班制助产模式进行分娩的C组120例进行对比,观察分娩结果和产妇满意度。结果:A、B两组与C组比较剖宫产率降低,产后出血量减少、A、B组产妇总产程时问均短于C组;新生儿的Apgar评分A、B两组高于C组;A组疼痛改善明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。A组和B组的满意度明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:全程陪伴分娩的助产模式,缩短产程,降低产后出血率,结合镇痛分娩更能有效提高产科护理质量和产妇满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of one-to-one midwife accompanied midwifery on delivery outcomes.Methods: 204 full-term primgravidas with vertex presentation were selected using the one-to-one midwife accompanied midwifery, and divided into Group A and Group B, 98 cases with epidural analgesia in the Group A, 106 cases without epidural analgesia in the Group B.The prenatal women received the labor accompanied by the midwife nurse and their husband or relatives, while those in control group C received routine nursing methods.Results: Compared with the control group C, the cesarean section rate, the phase of labor and the postpartum bleeding rate in Group A and B were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The Apgar score were higher in Group A and B than in Group C(P<0.05). The pain relief rate was higher in Group A than the others.the satisfactions in Group A and B were higher than in Group C.Conclusions: one-to-one midwife accompanied midwifery can effectively improve the quality of delivery and ensure the safety of the infant.更多还原
